Shipping Update November 2022
  • We are pleased to announce that we have secured some better value courier contracts. Not only does this mean that our shipping prices have dropped to many locations, but we've also been able to reduce the free shipping thresholds!
  • The revised free shipping thresholds are listed under each region below.
  • Shipping costs have reduced for almost all countries, including the USA, Canada, Australia, and most of Europe. The revised shipping prices will be charged at checkout where applicable.

  • Shipping methods, costs and delivery times are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Only the shipping method(s) listed at checkout are available for your order. See Where We Can Ship below for more information.
  • After completing your order, you will receive confirmation via email. Orders are then automatically passed to our fulfilment centre for processing and dispatch.
  • You will receive another email when your order is dispatched. This email will contain your tracking number. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 day, but this may take a little longer during busy periods so please allow up to 3 working days before contacting us.
  • The current status of your order, along with tracking details if applicable, can be viewed online if you have registered for an account.


  • If you need to cancel an order, please email with your order details and the reason for cancellation as soon as possible after placing the order.
  • We will make every effort to cancel the order for you and provide a full refund within 1 day.
  • if your order has already been processed for dispatch we will be unable to cancel it. If you no longer want the items, please see the Returns tab.


  • Some products may be designated as ‘Pre-Orders’. This includes new products that have not yet been released as well as existing products awaiting a restock.
  • The product page and your order confirmation will state an expected date for the product to be in stock. The usual timescales for dispatch and delivery will apply from the date that the items come into stock, not from the date that the order was placed.
  • The pre-order date is our best estimate and may change (forward or backward) due to production or shipping delays. Please check your account or the product page to see if delivery times have changed before contacting us.
  • If your details change during the pre-order period (if you have moved house for example) please contact us as soon as possible so we can amend your order.
  • Orders containing one or more pre-order items will be held until the last item becomes available. If you want other items from the order to arrive earlier you will need to place separate orders. We reserve the right to split orders if necessary, at no cost to you.


  • Dispatch and delivery times are expressed in working days – they do not include weekends or public holidays either in the UK or in the destination country.
  • We will deliver your order to the address entered at checkout. If your billing and shipping addresses differ you must enter them separately when placing the order.
  • If an address is entered incorrectly we are not responsible for the loss of the package. If an undeliverable package is returned to us we can arrange for redelivery (at your cost, including the cost of processing the return) or a refund (minus the cost of shipping and returning the package).
  • If a delivery attempt is made to the correct address but you are unable to receive or collect the parcel for any reason, any returns and/or redelivery costs will be passed onto you.
  • Any returns and redelivery costs will be charged at the carriers’ own rates. Please note that these costs are likely to exceed the amount originally paid for shipping.
  • If you do not receive an order, you must inform us within 5 days of the expected delivery date stated when you placed the order. This will allow us to investigate any issues with the carrier within their official timescales. If you notify us after this period, we will make every effort to locate the package but we cannot take responsibility for any loss to or further delay of your order.
  • We will usually use the carrier stated when you placed your order. We do however reserve the right to use a different carrier if necessary at no additional cost to you.


  • Battle Systems is located and registered in the UK and follows UK tax legislation.
  • UK VAT (20%) is automatically applied to all orders sent to the UK. Where applicable, all prices (including delivery costs) are inclusive of VAT.
  • Battle Systems is registered for the IOSS scheme allowing us to process the VAT for EU orders up to €150, so EU customers can purchase in the same way as from a local business. All orders to EU countries of up to €150 (before tax, not including shipping) will include tax at your local rate at checkout, and no additional charges will apply on import. Note that this is not yet in place for orders to Cyprus and Malta.
  • All orders delivered to EU countries that total more than €150 before tax (and all orders to Cyprus and Malta, regardless of value) will follow the rules for the rest of the world and will not be charged VAT at checkout – it will be deducted from the price. The VAT and any other applicable taxes and fees must be paid to the courier on import.
  • Orders to all other countries do not include any tax. Please check with your local customs office for any import duties, handling fees, taxes or anything else that may apply before placing any orders as you will be responsible for paying these fees. If a shipment is refused and returned due to unpaid fees then any associated costs will be passed onto you before refund or redelivery as above.
  • The declared commercial value on international shipments will be the full price paid for the order including delivery. This cannot be changed for any reason.
  • Please note that any time taken to process your shipment upon import to the destination country is in addition to all quoted delivery times.


  • Battle Systems ships worldwide, with the following exceptions:
  • We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box at checkout we will have to contact you for an alternative address. If you do not have one the order will be cancelled.
  • We cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central Africa, Dem Rep of Congo, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Myanmar, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Niger, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria, Yemen and Zimbabwe.
  • Ukraine: Currently all couriers have suspended their services to Ukraine due to the Russian invasion. We will unfortunately be unable to ship to Ukraine until these services resume.
  • Brazil: We can ship to Brazil. However, please be warned that customs fees in Brazil are especially high and may even exceed the value of your order. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We will also need your taxpayer identification, such as CPF or CNPJ, on the package, so please enter this in the first line of your address at the checkout.
  • UK orders are sent via Yodel and are tracked.
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 days.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of £50 or more.
  • Please note that delivery costs and free-shipping thresholds are slightly higher for orders to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland. This will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode. Orders to these addresses may take up to 3 additional days for delivery.
  • Orders to most countries are sent via DPD or UPS and are tracked.
  • Delivery Time: 2-6 days depending on destination.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of £100 or more (before VAT).
  • Tax is included on all EU orders (except to Cyprus and Malta) totalling up to €150 before VAT. Tax is not included on orders over this value, or to non-EU countries. See the Duties and Taxes section.
  • Please note that orders to some islands and remote locations (including Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, the Canary Islands and Greek Islands) will follow the rules for the Rest of the World below. This will be calculated at checkout based on your postcode.
  • Orders to all other European countries follow the rules for the Rest of the World below.
  • USA orders are sent via UPS Express and are tracked.
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 days.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of £125 or more.
  • Please note that orders to Puerto Rico will follow the rules for the Canada and Mexico below. This will be calculated at checkout based on your zip code.
  • In some cases, to avoid courier delays or restock issues we may redirect orders to our US hub instead. If this happens the order will be sent via Fedex instead of UPS, but the delivery time should be approximately the same.
  • Orders to Canada, Mexico and Puerto Rico are sent via UPS Express or DHL Express and are tracked.
  • Delivery Time: 2-3 days
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of £180 or more.
  • Please note that orders to some remote locations will follow the rules for the Rest of the World below. This will be calculated at checkout based on your zip code.
  • All other orders are sent via UPS Express or DHL Express and are tracked.
  • Delivery Time: 2-10 days depending on destination.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of £150 or more to Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
  • Shipping is FREE for orders of £250 or more to most* other locations.
  • *Unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to countries in UPS/DHL Zone 10 (most of Africa and South America plus some other areas). Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please send an email to with your order number and details of the issue within 30 days of receipt.

We endeavour to make every product perfect, but if part of your order is missing, incorrect or damaged we will supply replacement parts free of charge as soon as possible. Please note that these will be sent via standard post and may take a little longer than our standard delivery times.

  • If you simply no longer want the product and we are unable to resolve any issues, you can return the product to us for a refund. The product must be unopened and undamaged. We will provide the return address via email.

  • The product should be well packaged in the same manner in which it was received to avoid damage, and any costs associated with the return will be your responsibility.

  • Once any returned products are received in our warehouse in saleable condition we will process a refund as quickly as possible using the same payment method you used for the order. We will be unable to refund shipping costs.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned items to receive your refund.
