All Battle Systems STLs available to download from this website are offered for personal use only. The files and any prints created using them are not to be shared, sold, or distributed in any way.
Should you wish to print our files on a commercial basis, we offer two licences to do so. To request a commercial licence, please email customerservice@battlesystems.co.uk.
Limited Commercial Licence
This is suitable for customers who want to print specific files a limited number of times or over a short period.
- Any files purchased under a limited licence may be printed and sold up to 40 times.
- The cost is a flat fee of four times the standard cost of the chosen files.
- Once the licence is purchased, there is no requirement for any ongoing reporting.
- If all 40 copies have been sold, licensees can purchase another licence or move to an Unlimited Commercial Licence.
Unlimited Commercial Licence
This is suitable for customers who want to print files from across our STL catalogue on an ongoing basis.
- Licensees must sign an agreement specifying the terms and limitations of the licence.
- Licensees will have access to all Battle Systems’ files to print and sell.
- Sales must be reported on a quarterly basis, and the licensee must pay Battle Systems a royalty of 10% of the revenue, net of applicable taxes.
- There is an initial cost of £100+VAT (or closest equivalent in an appropriate currency), paid as an advance against future royalties. Once total royalties have exceeded the initial cost, the royalty will drop to 8%.

Additional Notes
- All licences cover only the sale of physical printed products. The digital files themselves may not be amended, shared, sold or distributed in any way.
- All licences allow for the printing of related game component pdfs as well as 3D STLs.
- Battle Systems recommends that all printed products are sold for at least the listed price of the digital files as shown on the Battle Systems website.
